I spoke with the founder of a company that hires Chief Executive Assistants. It is the virtual assistant upgraded. These are roles that can run a business. The company serves as a matching service for companies. Start-ups with an 18-month runway are a good fit for the company. If you know a company looking to fill these type of roles or if you are interested.

This list is one of my favorites. Inspired by Jessica McGlory, who in 2019 posted on LinkedIn about opening her calendar in a similar way to help others, Kate Huyett (Chief Marketing Officer, Bombas) & Tyler Pietri (Product Manager, Klaviyo), Co-Founders decided in June 2020 to create a network of professionals (1000 and growing) who were committed to creating access for Black individuals in the startup and marketing space. They also added a jobs tab of companies that are confirmed to be currently hiring to make sure those opportunities are visible to Black individuals.
