Dream Well

Live Well

Be Well

Harriet Tubman, leader of the Underground Railroad, was narcoleptic. #Facts. I wish people knew while she led many to freedom she suffered uncontrollable sleeping spells. If she did not move, her “passengers” did not move.  There are times I imagine she divinely fell asleep as danger was passing by. Despite her illness, they were safe. I imagine… Enamored with her story, I am inspired that despite illness you can still live your dreams.

Still “inspiration” must be tethered to the “practical”… the dream to the development. These links are resources on my own journey to wellness. May they serve you well.

Tired of sugar? Can’t stand the taste of Stevia?

My world changed when I took a taste of Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetner. Started walking around with packs of it to share. So I really had to share it here.

Click here order and if I run into you… I may just share a pack.

Blink Health is a FREE program that offers discounts on medications. This link provides $10 off on the first purchase.

With the changes in Healthcare and Insurance, there are more woes than necessary for those who may need specific medications.Check out the discounts. You will be pleased and your pockets will be lighter.

The program is accepted at CVS, Walmart, Rite Aid and many independent pharmacies, about 57,000 and growing. It is a tremendous help for those with high deductibles, expensive copays, the uninsured and even those in the Medicare Donut Hole.

On a personal note, my dad was in that Donut Hole. His passing in March fuels my passion to share resources like Blink Health.
